AGCL take report of abuse very seriously.

Abuse should be reported to as soon as possible.

We encourage our customers to report any issue they are aware of or are being effected by.

We also consider abuse by our customer against other to be a serious offence and we refer to our Terms and conditions where we explain the remedies for various issue.


AGCL at all times wish to provide a reliable personal service of the highest standard.

If however there is any part of our service you are unhappy with or if wish to complain we will listen to our customers and respond quickly.
